CROCHET HEART
A perfect little project you can make using leftover yarn!
Tip: Use reflective yarn to create a cute little reflector you can attach to your jacket or backpack during the dark winter months.

YARN
Any leftover yarn or reflective yarn
CROCHET HOOK
3–4 mm (depending on the yarn you use)
PATTERN
1. Work 6 sc into a magic ring.
2. 2 sc in each st = 12 sts
3. 1 sc in each st = 12 sts
4. 1 sc in each st = 12 sts
Cut and secure the yarn, and repeat the process once more, so you have two identical pieces.
When you have both pieces, crochet them together to form a large ring as follows:
5. 1 sc in each of the 24 sts = 24 sts
6. 1 sc in each of the 24 sts = 24 sts
7. Sc 2, sc2tog around = 18 sts
Stuff the heart with leftover yarn or fiberfill.
8. 1 sc in each of the 18 sts = 18 sts
9. Sc 1, sc2tog around = 12 sts
Continue adding stuffing as you go.
10. Sc2tog in each st around = 6 sts
Fasten off and weave in the end.
Attach the key ring to the top center of the heart.
